Step 1: Order and Design
Confirm the dimensions, pressure rating, connection type (flange/threaded), and filtration precision of the T-type filter based on customer requirements; complete the 3D structural design and flow path optimization to ensure filtration efficiency and structural integrity.

Step 2: Raw Material Preparation & Molding
Select high-quality raw materials such as PVC, CPVC, or PP to injection mold or compression mold the T-type filter housing; strictly control temperature and pressure to ensure product density and surface finish.

Step 3: Machining
Perform precision machining on the molded T-type filter, including flange face turning, sealing surface treatment, thread cutting, and internal finishing of the filtration chamber, to ensure dimensional accuracy and sealing performance.

Step 4: Assembly
Install the filter screen (stainless steel or plastic), sealing ring, and cover plate to assemble the T-type filter as a whole; ensure all components fit tightly with no risk of leakage.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
The T-type filter undergoes pressure testing, seal testing, and water flow testing to verify filtration effectiveness and structural strength; all products must comply with relevant industry standards.

Step 6: Finishing, Packaging and Shipment
The product is cleaned, labeled, and inspected for appearance. Packaging (shock- and moisture-proof) is completed, and arrangements are made for warehousing and shipment to ensure product safety during transit.
