Features

• Three-way ball valves allow one valve to switch between two flow paths. They are suitable for pipeline systems that would otherwise require two ball valves, offering a more compact and space-saving solution.

• Full-bore design, PN10.

• Existing cases have shown that installation errors and other factors in factory pipelines can easily cause excessive stress on union nuts, leading to valve leakage or even damage. Therefore, it is not recommended to use union-type connection structures for valves with specifications DN50 and above.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Order and Design

Based on customer requirements (dimensions, pressure rating, connection type, medium, etc.), we finalize the design specifications, complete the structural design of the three-way ball valve (T-type or L-type flow path), determine the sealing configuration and material selection, and generate production drawings.

Step 2: Raw Material Preparation & Molding

Select raw materials such as PVC, CPVC, or PP, and use injection molding to produce the valve body, ball, stem, and fittings of the three-way ball valve, ensuring the materials meet corrosion resistance and pressure resistance requirements.

Step 3: Machining

Perform precision machining on the injection-molded components, including ball polishing, sealing surface finishing, and critical dimensional machining, to ensure the three-way ball valve’s sealing performance and smooth operation.

Step 4: Assembly

Assemble the ball, seat, seal ring, and stem in accordance with assembly standards to complete the overall assembly of the three-way ball valve, followed by preliminary functional testing.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance

Each three-way ball valve undergoes air tightness, hydrostatic pressure, and opening/closing torque tests to ensure the product meets relevant industry standards and customer requirements.

Step 6: Finishing, Packaging and Shipment

The products are cleaned, undergo visual inspection, are marked with inkjet codes, and packaged (in cartons or on pallets), after which shipment is arranged.
