Step 1: Order and Design
Confirm parameters and design drawings based on customer requirements (pressure, medium, connection method, etc.), determine the matching solution for the pneumatic actuator and valve body, and complete the structural design and selection of the pneumatic ball valve.

Step 2: Raw Material Preparation & Molding
Select high-quality plastic raw materials such as CPVC, UPVC, or PPH. Form critical components—including the valve body and ball—through injection molding or compression molding to ensure the pneumatic ball valve possesses excellent corrosion resistance and strength.

Step 3: Machining
Precision machining is performed on the molded components (such as sealing surface turning, hole drilling, and end face finishing) to ensure the sealing performance and assembly accuracy of the pneumatic ball valve.

Step 4: Assembly
The ball, seat, and seals are installed, and the unit is connected to and tested with the pneumatic actuator to complete the overall assembly of the pneumatic ball valve.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct air tightness tests, pressure tests, and opening/closing performance tests to ensure that every pneumatic ball valve meets international standards and customer requirements.

Step 6: Finishing, Packaging and Shipment
Clean and protect the finished products, apply labels, package them, and arrange for shipment to ensure the products remain safe and undamaged during transport.

Pneumatic ball valves are widely used in pipelines across industries such as coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, paper, and pharmaceutical manufacturing as devices for diverting, merging, or switching the flow of media. Specifically, pneumatic ball valves are commonly used in pipeline systems for general pure water and potable water, drainage and wastewater, brine and seawater, as well as acid, alkali, and chemical solution systems across a variety of industries.
These valves are widely used in:

Oil and Gas

Chemical Processing

Power Plants

Water Treatment

Metallurgy and Mining

Agriculture and Irrigation
