Step 1: Order and Design
Confirm the specifications of the electric ball valve (nominal diameter, pressure rating, material, voltage, and control method) based on customer requirements; complete the structural design and selection of the electric actuator; and produce manufacturing drawings and process plans.

Step 2: Raw Material Preparation & Molding
Select raw materials such as PVC, CPVC, or PP, and use injection molding or compression molding to form the valve body, ball, and seals of the electric ball valve, ensuring the material properties meet corrosion resistance and strength requirements.

Step 3: Machining
Perform precision machining on the molded electric ball valve components, including turning, milling, and sealing surface treatment, to ensure dimensional accuracy and sealing performance.

Step 4: Assembly
Assemble the ball, seat, seal rings, and valve body, install the electric actuator, and complete electrical connections and preliminary commissioning.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct seal testing, pressure testing, and electric on/off function testing on the electric ball valve to ensure stable operation, leak-free performance, and compliance with relevant standards.

Step 6: Finishing, Packaging and Shipment
Clean the product, perform a visual inspection, and apply identification markings. Complete packaging and arrange for shipment to ensure the electric ball valve remains safe and undamaged during transit.
