Step 1: Order and Design
Confirm the specifications, materials (e.g., PVC, CPVC, PP), and sealing type of the pneumatic butterfly valve based on the customer’s operating conditions (pressure, temperature, medium); complete the structural design, select the pneumatic actuator, and finalize the drawings.

Step 2: Raw Material Preparation & Molding
Select high-quality plastic raw materials and use injection molding or compression molding processes to form key components such as the valve body and disc; ensure dimensional stability, freedom from porosity, and absence of deformation in all parts of the pneumatic butterfly valve.

Step 3: Machining
Perform precision machining on the molded components, including turning of sealing surfaces, machining of shaft bores, and finishing of mating surfaces; ensure the sealing performance and assembly accuracy of the pneumatic butterfly valve.

Step 4: Assembly
Assemble the valve body, disc, stem, and seals, and install the pneumatic actuator; calibrate the opening and closing stroke to ensure the pneumatic butterfly valve operates smoothly and opens and closes seamlessly.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct sealing tests, air tightness tests, and operational tests on the pneumatic butterfly valve; inspect opening torque and response time to ensure compliance with relevant standards (such as ISO/DIN).

Step 6: Finishing, Packaging and Shipment
Clean and protect the finished products, and label them with model numbers and batch numbers; use shock-resistant packaging to ensure the products remain undamaged during transport and are delivered on time.
